Setup

1

Connect Google Maps

Add your Google Maps API key. This powers route planning, geocoding, distance calculations, and all map widgets. A default key is available if you don't have one.

2

Connect LINE

Add your LINE Official Account. Customers will receive delivery ETAs, status updates, and can ask questions via LINE chat.

3

Set up sorting stations

Create a Place List with your sorting stations / warehouses. These are the starting points for your daily routes.

4

Build your first route

Create a Route with delivery stops. The agent can build this from addresses in a spreadsheet, or you can add stops one by one.

5

Connect shipment tracking

Add your 17TRACK API key to track inbound international parcels. You'll get push notifications when packages arrive or have exceptions.

6

Set up the daily manifest

Connect a Google Sheet to serve as your delivery queue. Columns: delivery ID, client name, address, status, driver, truck, COD amount. The agent will read and update this throughout the day.
