Daslab is an AI workspace platform that enables teams and agents to collaborate using AI models, integrations, and automated workflows. The Service includes iOS applications, server-side processing, and third-party integrations.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys.
  • All activity that occurs under your account.
  • Ensuring your use complies with applicable laws and regulations.
  • The content you submit to the Service for processing.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to it.
  • Use the Service to generate content that is harmful, abusive, or violates the rights of others.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you submit to Daslab. We do not claim ownership of your input or output data. The Daslab platform, including its design, code, and branding, remains our intellectual property.

6. Third-Party Services

Daslab integrates with third-party AI model providers and services. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services.

7. API Keys and Billing

If you use your own API keys ("bring your own key"), you are responsible for any charges incurred with those providers. Daslab is not liable for costs resulting from your API key usage through the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Daslab and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify you of material changes.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Daslab operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
