Docs site, take one

We rebuilt the website around docs. The old marketing pages are gone — the kind that try to compress a platform into a hero block always end up generic, and Daslab is too horizontal for that genre to work. Better to write down what the thing actually does, page by page, and let people read.

This site now flows top-to-bottom like a manual. Each page does one thing. New pages are markdown files, edited in git, deployed on push.

What's live today

• What is Daslab? — the entry point. The operations layer story, said directly.
• Vision — the north star. Self-driving lab, the Bangkok workshop, what we mean by "runtime."
• The blueprints, integrations, and SAP pages from the old site stay where they were. They're already content-shaped.

What's coming, in rough order

• The concept pages — scenes, jobs, blueprints, agents, approvals, audit. Each one a real explanation of how the runtime works.
• A get-started page that walks through running your first scene in five minutes.
• A weekly lab log — what the robots did this week, what broke.
• The /sap page rewritten as a real doc, not a marketing landing.

On posture

We're not chasing scale at the cost of the work. We're building Daslab as something we want to keep building for decades, in a small studio shape, with a hardware lab as the long-arc north star. That decision is in our heads now; we'll write it down properly soon.
