This guide explains how LINE MAN Wongnai orders flow into Daslab and how the merchant status lifecycle operates.

Order Status Lifecycle

1. NEW: A customer placed an order. Awaiting merchant confirmation.
2. ACCEPTED: Merchant confirmed the order. Kitchen preparation starts.
3. COOKING: Order is actively being prepared in the kitchen.
4. READY_FOR_PICKUP: Preparation finished; waiting for LINE MAN rider arrival.
5. DELIVERED: Rider picked up and delivered order to customer.
6. CANCELLED: Cancelled by customer or rejected by store.

Operational Tips

• Keep store open status updated via wongnai_update_store_status during peak kitchen rush.
• Check active order load before modifying menu availability.
